“The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

“We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. “Staff was delightful. Room was dirty, tv didn’t have a remote, no coffee in the room, pool was not lit for evening swimming. Rowdy kids, made swimming for us not safe. Parking and location were very convenient.”

“Older property, like most properties in Savannah. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The Live Oak Canopy room was nice. We had our own covered deck with pool view and the grand oak tree! It is pay parking , unless you’re lucky enough to get street parking.”

“The hotel staff were in line for coffee and we had to wait for quite some time to get coffee with breakfast. The conditioner bottle had shampoo or body soap in it. The front desk staff were helpful and nice.”

“The staff was wonderful and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast, and we truly enjoyed it. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”
