“This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

“Staff was terrible I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom. I was very disappointed.”

“The room itself was clean, the bed also seemed clean. There is no refrigerator/microwave. The biggest issue I had was with the bed, the bed needs a big upgrade. Every movement you would hear the metal springs crying out, I'm not sure if it's springs inside the mattress or the box spring, but it was annoying and uncomfortable.”

“Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!”

“Place was disgusting. Sheets had not been washed and smelled like B.O. Hairs on the floor of the shower. TV that did not work. It was like I was staying in a homeless shelter”

Pero está muy decaído. No tiene piscina hacen meses y un solo elevador. La habitación no tenía zafacon. Se ve como han logrado sobrevivir sin tan siquiera tener las herramientas o artículos necesarios para sostenerlo. Con todo y eso los que están hacen lo que pueden. “Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”

“We stayed just for one night but the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I slept extremely well in their comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.”

“My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible.”
