“This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise! “Room was spotless and had the most magnificent view, was small but is what you would expect of an historic hotel. Was amazing to step back into the past. Staff were fantastic and obviously loved their job. ”

“It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area. ”

“I figure you need a vending that operates 24/7 and sticks snacks,milk, and maybe sandwiches! We stayed two nights and ran out of milk! It was raining cats and dogs, Leura has closed for the evening!
