“They stay was okay only thing was a pain was front desk lady did not know how to do customer service had to find the room myself because wasn’t explained properly at all had to go back three times to figure out were are spot was to park and coffee mugs were not clean properly had to clean one to use it to drink water. Also was not told how to get wifi either wasted data to look up restaurant in the area wasn’t really impressed. Specially since apparently they run three motels”

“Great location. Even though we were right next to a busy road, our room was very quiet. The beds were great. We slept very well. The staff were very pleasant and allowed us to access our rooms early so we could leave our luggage in the room instead of taking it with us while we toured the local wineries. Ample parking.”

“It could have been better, the whole building is very old and appliances that are being used is also really really old. No electrical port in washroom, couldn’t use the hair dryer which was a mess for us. Pool was out of service and not clean at all. It was overall an okay experience but we definitely will be looking at other options in the future.”

“It was a super busy weekend with families in town for various tournaments. But the staff was always pleasant and accommodating Special shout out to Alice at the local eatery on site. She’s top-notch and definitely deserves a raise. Will definitely be staying here again. Super family friendly and I love that they allow pets of all size.”

“Really good continental breakfast, comfy beds, and the rooms are nice and spacious. My girl loves the pool and seems like a very family oriented hotel which is nice. Our go to hotel when staying in penticton ”

“We pretty much always stay here when in Penticton. It is consistent, reliable and convenient. With at least one meal at the Hooded Merganser. Unfortunately, always have 1 of 3 items on the menu; which I love. Assume the rest of menu is great as well. Front desk staff are usually over the top amazing, so when occasionally they are average it seems like a huge let down. Overall, we keep coming back year after year, sometimes 3 times in a year. Highly recommend this place.”
