“The merchant grossly misrepresented the safety, cleanliness, and privacy of the property. I booked a 13-night stay for my employee. Upon arrival, the property presented severe health, safety, and privacy violations. My employee felt unsafe and checked out early after 3 nights. I immediately contacted the merchant to notify them of the emergency checkout, detailed the health/safety failures, and requested a refund for the remaining 10 unused nights. “There was nothing negative to say about this property. Room very spacious and clean , beds super comfortable . We did have leak from bathroom sink but was promptly fixed and bathroom cleaned , extra clean towels brought right away. The attached spa with pools , saunas etc was added relaxing bonus and food at both restaurants was excellent , can t wait to come back for another visit”

“The check in is supposed to be at 4:00 which is late enough but ee had to wait until 4:35 to get our room. Once inside the fridge had left over inside, the air conditioning was making so much noise we had to shut it off. Very unhappy of the stay. Will not go there again.”

Unico dettaglio che trovo poco igienico la tenda nella doccia, per il resto la consiglio vivamente anche per la sua posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Ottawa. ”

“The location of this house was great. Close to everything. The room was OK, with a big comfortable.bed but it was very, very small, as was the bathroom. Apart from.missing a night table on one side of the bed, it had everything the traveler might need. To access the room one needs to use a narrow staircase, so it would not be suitable for a person with limited mobility.”
