“We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the start line of the Millet XTrail race (the hotel is 3K from the start). The staff was very helpful with supporting runners for the race by having a special breakfast time of 04:00am to accommodate runners for the 05:30am race start. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel and rooms are clean and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. “Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.”

This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. “Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

“L’hotel non è male, posizione buona ma stanza un po’ fredde riscaldate con delle vecchie stufette elettriche e letti duri. Molto rumore del ruscello, all’inizio piacevole poi fastidioso per dormire. Colazione buona anche se non ricca di varietà di cose da mangiare. Il secondo giorno era rotta anche la macchinetta per bollire le uova e in cucina non le cucinavano, comunque più che sufficiente”
