La Literie était sale (les alèses étaient tachées) et nous avons eu droit à des punaises de lit !! Si j’avais mieux cherché j’aurai vu sur Booking ce même commentaire (sale, punaises de lit…)

“Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts bis auf einem Backofen. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein größeres Gepäck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche).
Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird.

“J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! “Sono tornata per la seconda volta al termine dell'inverno, principalmente perché è uno dei pochi alberghi aperti anche in bassa stagione. Vista la bassa affluenza ci è stato fatto anche l'upgrade ad una camera famigliare da 4 persone, con terrazza. Ottimo anche il ristorante. ”

“Le studio est correct, visiblement rénové récemment. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait des dizaines de mouches mortes partout, y compris dans la vaisselle. Une forte odeur d’égouts planait dans tout le studio.
Les équipements sont assez basiques, aucun produit d’entretien, vaisselle, pas d’éponge... il faut penser à tout apporter.
L’isolation est très mauvaise (tant acoustique que thermique).
Cote positif, la vue est dégagée et magnifique, un petit balcon bien agréable, et le personnel...

“The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. ”
