“Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains.”

“Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel 2 notti, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla loro idea di letto matrimoniale...era a malapena 1 piazza e mezza, anche se c'era il terzo letto! La camera non era pulitissima, il bagno invece si. La posizione è comoda se si ha la macchina, anche se il parcheggio è a chi arriva prima. Ottima connessione wifi.”
