“This room was absolutely incredible! I would have to say that the shower was absolutely delightful. Location was perfect. Easy accessibility to the sky gondola, the Tiki trail and other incredible hiking spots. Just minutes away from the downtown shopping and restaurant districts, the lake and Gardens. Nice comfortable quality bed and pillows. I hope to make it back to Queenstown, and if I do, I will stay at this hotel for certain.”

“Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater.”

“Good studio room for two people with all the needed amenities inside except the shared bathroom part which was outside the room premises in the main building which was a bit inconvenient. Great location nearby to Queenstown center. Overall good value was money!”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“The hotel is built up the side of a mountain which overlooks Queenstown, as a consequence, its suites have panoramic views towards mountains and lakes. The staff are exceptional, polite, helpful with nothing is too small for them to deal with. “Loved that it is environmentally focused. Showers were great. Much better than they looked as I am not really a fan of showers over a bath. Restaurant was AMAZING! I would come here again regardless of whether I was staying or not. Wrong grind of coffee for the plunger, but that is really the only negative I can think of :)”
