“Location was good. Lodging is being used for labor workers. Therefore food smell is very stringent. Hallways are dark. Bathroom walls were dirty. Room service every a Thursday, extra fee if you want linen and towels changed sooner.”

“The breakfast was awful. The oatmeal was watery the scrambled eggs were hard, no creamer for the coffee.”

“The rooms and baths were good . The lobby, common areas and kitchen area were great. The pool area was very crowded at times due to the fact that the pool was shared with the hotel next-door. The pool itself was great! I have to say that the luggage cards are absolute garbage. They are three wheel carts . The wheels vibrate so bad that your luggage falls off of the cart! Happened to us twice!”

“It was easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed Thursday through Sunday. All in all it was good. Friday night I’m not sure what happened but there didn’t seem to be a front desk agent for about 45 minutes. She finally came walking out from down the hall, there were 5 or 6 other groups waiting for assistance.”

“The hotel A/C was not up to par when it’s 110 degrees outside. The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue. Called the front desk while standing there no one came to pickup the phone. Another maid came by asked again. I was hot tired and finally another clerk showed...
