“Description for property and properties usual amenities are not accurate and are not provided at this property. They provided one plastic cup in a room with 2 people and zero other anything. Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. ”

“The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler.”

“Impossibly clean hotel. Recently remodeled and shows pride of management. They literally thought of everything! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is small but not bad on a warm day. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast. Water machine. Tons of free tea and coffee options. We were very pleased and would stay again.”

“The room was nice and clean but there were a couple of lights that were either burned out or malfunctioning. It didn't really matter because the large window let in plenty of natural light and at night the bathroom lights were bright enough for the whole room. The bathroom is very nice. Fun modern decoration and seating. The bed was very comfortable. We did ask for staff to clean up the pool for us. There were debris from surrounding plants and some dead/dying bugs but they quickly sent...

“I was initially give a room that had repair work done in the bathroom and had not been cleaned. I went to the desk , said this was not acceptable, they gave me another room which was good. The corridor on the 5th floor, where my room was, seemed to have the heat on, not the A/C. Thankfully, the A/C in the room worked.”

“It’s a very nice place, the rooms are clean and spacious. I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash at home. I washed my hair and there was no conditioner. I have long hair so it was difficult to manage without conditioner. We will always return, we love it there and across the way is another favorite hotel.”

“Really appreciated the customer service! They were on top of everything and just so kind. It was a stressful trip with our new baby and older kids but it was a nice stay. The kids loved the pool and they came by often to clean the area and provide new towels. They even helped us with late checkout at no additional fee based on availability. Rooms were well maintained which I appreciate given I have higher standards for cleanliness. Only negative was the breakfast was not good and disappointing...
