Hotel a Skyline View

“Rooms not very clean.”

“It’s a basic hotel that accepts pets. I even go there as I did this time without pets. It’s affordable safe and maintained. Staff is very accommodating. I’ll continue to stay here when I am in Hershey.”

“I loved everything about this. The room was perfect. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of things to do that is around the hotel. The price was just right for the pocketbook”

“The breakfast had a hot meal not just a regular continental breakfast. There wasn’t anything to mention that I did not like. It was great n quiet n very clean n smelled great.”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“I made the decision to book this hotel based on their ranking on Expedia (9/10) and they DEFINITELY deserve that ranking. Absolutely phenomenal staff that were very helpful, room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Nothing fancy but awesome for being included. Close by several restaurants, and there is a Sheetz in walking distance (maybe 200 yards). Overall, great experience!!”

“We were only staying one night and there was 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable for one and hard for the other. The pillows were great, the continental breakfast lacked a few items and could be improved upon. They definitely need an elevator.”

“Bathroom tub did not drain, black mold in the bathrooms, broken toilet seat. Additional fees of 25$ USD each because we were 4 adults in one room even if my booking cleary indicated that. Never was mention by expedia when booking. Completely inexcusable.”

“Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎”
