“Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again.”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Renter a smokers room in which were we treated as outcasts our sheets and blankets had cigarette burns along with, Outlets did not work along with usb plugs, toilet seat was loose so when you used it you would have to sit straight cause toilet seat went off to the side, no amendities in rm.225 at all had to go downstairs to use microwave along with filling a waste basket with ice to keep drinks cold, Tub had dark rink around the bottom half along with black hair around bottom of toilet from...

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“The breakfast was good. Parking was good. Everybody was very friendly and professional.”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”
