“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. “Property was fine. A little to Industrial. Worst part is the price gouging for Saturday night. Many families stayed at other hotels in the area that did not gouge because of the basketball tournament.”

“Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep...

“The room layout is great- 2 full size beds, pullout sofa, and a queen bed in a separate room. However, the sink is in the bathroom while many hotels have it just outside the bathroom, so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Also, the area with the pullout sofa didn't have any specific lighting, which seemed odd. The pool is basic, but it lacked a hot tub. The workout facility was adequate, but lacked free weights. “Parking was easy and secure. The hotel is brand new and clean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great place to stay. ”

“Clean cool room. Only downside was that my room faced a street light on all night and the heavy shades do not close all the way! Rather only thin white shades that do not block any light. They should fix the shades. I had to sleep facing one side all night. ”

“Clean comfortable room at the best prices in Oxford! The staff is always wonderful too”

“Mostly everything was okay, except the fridge somehow caused my leftover dinner to be flooded with water. Something was odd about the way condensation built up on the inside. Other than that, the only thing I didn't like was finding some hair on my hand towel near the bathroom, and that wasn't too big of a deal. Mostly the motel room was great!”
