“We arrived at the hotel exhausted at 12:30 AM after a 14-hour drive. As always, my wife checked the bedding for bed bugs. This time, she actually found one — a live bedbug crawling on the box spring stitching under the mattress. We immediately went to the front desk, showed them the bug, and asked to be moved. “The most important thing to me is a clean room and it was that! The staff is very respectful and kind. Breakfast staff was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Also manager’s reception was very nice. Must be aware that there is a $7.50 parking fee each day, but unlimited in and out. Only downside is that I received a handicap room unrequested. The bathroom was awkward with no door on one side, so no privacy, but we managed.”

“As this property is pet friendly, our room unfortunately smelled like dog. We found the nightstand had not been cleaned behind in awhile and there were cobwebs in the room from the ceiling. One of the beds was missing a pillow. However, the toilet and shower area was very clean. Overall it was sufficient for a night's stay.”

“The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor.
