“We were unable to stay here as there was no parking. We were advised to park across the street in a shopping plaza that had teenage kids racing their vehicles several of them on top of the roof screaming and racing around. It was unsafe and we may have been towed by plaza owners. ”

“Our room, main floors, and the workout room are all very dirty. The carpets are covered in stains, the workout equipment has not been cleaned and is very dirty. The room we had needed deep cleaned. The pictures online look much nicer than it is in person. We were okay with our stay as it was only one night. It definitely was not as expected. “The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. ”

“Hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Beds were not very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby would have been nice. Most hotels offer this. The only choice is coffee from Starbucks and many people don’t drink Starbucks. Not to mention the added cost. And I really don’t think it would hurt Starbucks at all. ”
