“Wonderful”

“parking was OK and room was clean. When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep ”

“We found cockroaches in our room ”

“Breakfest area sticky everywhere, tables, counters, floor. Room airconditioner so loud you can not slip, like some plastic bag get caught and was resonating. Toiled flush tank was not filling with water, we had to use bucket.”

“The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not book a smoking room. We had two small kids and we got in extremely late. They were already asleep in the room so we didn’t request to change rooms. But the smoke smell was...

“Parking was crowded, the wall sockets didn’t work we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and kitchen. The condo smelled of mold or mildew and the towels had stains.”

“The balcony railing was a hazard as it was not attached properly. The kitchen smokes and the whole apartment smokes when you use the stove. The sleeper sofa was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable. ”
