“When we arrived the door code was wrong, called several times and after a 7 hour drive and no response for 10-15 min. I hoisted my daughter through an open window. 20 min later I finally got a call back stating Expedia did not get the updated code to me but they did extendmy check out tine by 2 hours to make up for it, thank you. There was food on the carpet, couch and kitchen counters. Cooking pan handle was falling apart. The holes in the walls are distasteful, putty and paint are easy to use...

“The views at this property are spectacular but the unit itself was dirty under all the furniture and we had a rat coming in through the kitchen floor. I wouldn't let a child crawl around there. ”

“Overall, we had a good stay. When we first checked in, our room key didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk. Once inside the room, we also noticed noise from upstairs guests and a crack in the ceiling that made us a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled the situation well. I asked to switch rooms, and they were able to move us to a second-floor room right away. The new room felt much better—less stuffy, no strange smells, and overall more comfortable. “The owner/manager stayed late, knowing that we were running late. The room was freezing, but, that was the weather. It was clean ,quaint and what we needed after the long 13 hour drive. After we got the heater turned up, we slept well and we showered and took off right away in the am. We would stay again. :)”
