“The hotel was going through a renovation and this was not informed on the website while I was booking the room. So the room was very dusty, the shower was not working properly, staff were not helpful, the walls were kind of coming off so there was dust everywhere on the floor, sink, kitchen table etc.”

“Fantastic mountain B&B in Smithers! Located beautifully on Horlings Road, it features very clean rooms, wonderful staff, and an excellent breakfast. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evening was an absolute highlight. It’s a perfect base camp for enjoying the local scenery. Will definitely stay here again!”
