Hotel vicino a Smith's Island Recreation Area - Bettendorf

“This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.”

“Location was good as we were traveling to America Pickers location.”

“Great staff. Unfortunately, we experienced argument between a couple at the breakfast in Meadow. Feel a little uncomfortable other than that the facilities were great.”

“Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. ”

“No smoking signs, yet I smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways. ”

“Very clean. We were woken by front desk calling at 1130 pm asking our names and telling us we are in the wrong room. Then proceeded to hang up and said would call back. We had both taken medication. We were frantic and got dressed and went downstairs. Someone had entered our booking incorrectly. No apology. No comp. Nothing. My anxiety was so high thinking we were losing our room that I could not sleep. ”

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“Remodeling hampered full use of the facilities, but the staff was most accommodating ”

“If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door”

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. I had to go back to the front desk, and again, with a poor attitude, he fixed it. The room itself...
