“The Smithville Inn was very clean. The room had a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It is up a flight of stairs and there is no elevation. the staff was very helpful. They picked me up at the airport and took me back the next day. There is a kitchen where you can cook food if you want and make coffee. I did not have a car and there is not a store close by but I was fine with that. I got a tour of the museum before I left. It's a great place to relax. There is a patio outside with...

The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations.”

“We loved everything about this hotel! The decor was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly and the convenience of the location was perfect.”

Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD.
