“The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. Everything is well marked from restrooms to elevators to the pool & gym. This hotel is one of the best ive ever had the pleasure of staying at. Rooms are spacious and comforting. “This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. “We are from Canada and stayed here for 10 days. It was a fantastic stay. The owners were lovely people. As well as the staff were so accommodating. The location was quite and close to everything. Would definitely go back.”

“Good location for where we were going. Close to a few restaurants. The staff was less than friendly. Staff was very rude. The room had a sewer gas leak and stunk just enough to be annoying. We only stayed one nite. And with the staff being rude, u didnt want to call and ask for another room. I was too tired. Do not recommend. ”
