La chambre n’est pas très confortable (pas de chaise ni table pour les petits déjeuners) le dessus de couette pas propre, très bruyante même la nuit. La salle de bain c’est pire même pas de papier WC. Déplus nous avons dû payer les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient annoncés compris.”

The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless.
