“Overall is a pleasant staying experience but the room amenities cleanliness need to improve such as the backside of LED TV and window backside of the curtain has a lot of dust and some spider web.”

“Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do...

“ I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security .”
