“The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. It means you could not walk around without shoes on for fear of cutting your feet. The main bed squeaks awfully and when you move or sit down on it, the slightest movement is loud enough to wake...

“un ottimo hotel-resort vicinissimo al mare su di una bella spiaggia. arredamento molto simpatico, camere molto belle e spaziose, bagno perfetto, WI-FI gratuito, ottima prima colazione; mi sono fermato solo una notte per motivi di lavoro, ma mi sono trovato benissimo, anche perchè è comodo per l'aeroporto.”

“Camera spaziosa, di fatto era una tripla. Assistenza buona, nonostante non ci sia una reception aperta h24 è stato possibile contattare il servizio d'albergo via telefono per la prenotazione di un taxi.”

“No night time lighting on outside of building, the smell of cannabis & evening fights from the neighbours was interesting. The TV was connected to nothing & both beds need replacing. The kitchen equipment was good however the pots & pans weren’t useable. A nice short break ruined by unnecessary things ”

The best advantage the free parking inside the hotel free of charge I would definitively suggest to improve the breakfast that has a limited choice compared to other hotels of the same category . “Fantastic experience at the Sveltos Residence Suites. The check in was fast and friendly, the suite itself was absolutely top of the line and very clean and new. I would highly recommend staying at the Sveltos Residence Suites if you want to experience the best of the best!”

Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we really felt looked after. The flat was clean and comfortable, easy to access and the hosting team made sure we had everything we could possibly need. “This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at...

“The patio was as large as the apartment and a great view of the sea. The unit needs some work (bathroom smells) and the occasional bug will be seen but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything between two beaches and by great restaurants. ”

"Hotel ubicato in ottima posizione per coloro i quali vogliono visitare la parte sud ovest dell’isola, avendo ovviamente un’auto a noleggio ( i noleggiatori si trovano anche di fronte all’hotel). Spiaggia tranquilla e non affollata, Hotel per famiglie, con 4 diverse piscine. Abbiamo scelto l’opzione di mezza pensione, ogni giorno sceglievamo al momento se fare il pranzo o la cena in funzione delle nostre escursioni. A pranzo menù alla carta a cena menù a buffet, Cucina ottima, Varia scelta anche per i bambini ( Ad esempio pizza e hamburger sempre disponibili) . Ambiente tranquillo soprattutto la sera. Staff molto disponibile e flessibile. Una vacanza ottima. Nota negativa, materasso un po’ duro, ma in compenso era disponibile il menù dei cuscini. "
