The staff all were so lost lack of communication between each other and telling us all different things. Would advise a different stay unless a last ditch effort. ”

“Got a room that was senior friendly. The shower was broken and found out while taking shower. Water splayed all over the bathroom. ”

“Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes. ”

“On arival i refused to stay becouse they were asking extra mony for third person but when we booked it was mensuned that room is good for third person but reseptionist refused. We did not stay but they did not canceld the booking on request.”

“Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
