Hotel a Somerset

“Room smelled.of urine. Disgusting.”

“Very clean and right off the highway. Free breakfast was nice.”

“Everything was set up great the room was clean. Had everything I needed. The staff was excellent. I would highly highly recommend anyone staying here. Prices are great. I couldn’t ask for a better stay at a better price. I will be back.”

“For some reason, the toilet seat was wobbly and was uncomfortable to use. The headboards and upholstered chair had stains when looking at under black light. The chair was the worst! The cleaning person brought a blanket to be put over the stain. The check in person did indicate the chairs should be cleaned more frequently.”

“The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again!”

“In the bathroom toilet was not clean so I don’t think the bathroom cleaning in general was any good. They also kicked out”

“Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged $200/ nights for 2 nights. This valiber hotel should be around $89, not $200. Very disappointed”

“Great place to stay and very friendly staff. The staff member that set up and ran the breakfast station was extremely friendly and helpful- she should be recognized for the superior service that she provided to us!”

“The lightbulbs are low wattage. Bring some of your own to make seeing easier. also bring your own soap and shampoo / there are 3 pump bottles attached to the shower wall , who knows what they have gone thru. would have liked a recliner chair in the room instead of an odd shaped chair. room was clean / plenty of hot water and the ice machine worked well. Room was quiet.”

“Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night.”

“There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.”
