“Excellent Staff at the front desk, rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very good.”

“Asked for a new comforter as ours had hard spots throughout bc it was so old. We were given two sheets. No extra pillows when we requested and breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. Staff was friendly and pool was nice though ”

“The breakfast wasnt bad. The eggs were just overcooked. Overall our visit was good. Bring your own pillows if you care about comfort. The doors slam no matter what you do, so it’s annoying when you hear it during the night. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating! ”

“The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “Dirty room, no toilet paper in our room or at the hotel at all. There was one employee working, they brought us a half used roll of toilet paper. Sketchy area.”

“Everything was clean and very presentable. The only thing was the people in the room above ours walked very loudly and it woke us up a few times. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings which made sleeping in difficult.”

“Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere ”

“Very happy I came here. We left the comfort inn down in Richmond because the rooms were not what was advertised. They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon.
