Hotel a Songming County

“空港からホテルへのシャトルサービスは便利なのだが、運行時間、集合場所などの案内が明示されていない。ホテルに事前に連絡しても場所案内が要領を得ず。見取り図も無し。 ドライバーも中国語でしか会話出来ないので毎回苦労した。”

“This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. “Amazing staff working here and very helpful. The only language spoken here is Mandarin so be prepared to use your phone to translate. The ladies working behind the desk do an incredible job and made me feel so welcome.”

“Wow!! Amazing place to stay for our stopover in Kunming. Helpful staff used Google Translate to communicate in English and were happy to do so. Arranged shuttle pickup for prompt morning time. Breakfast was delicious and peaceful. Lots of options. Only downside was the pickup shuttle at the airport. Waited. Then he had to get more people then circled back after exiting the airport to get more people. This was frustrating since it was already 11pm and needed rest.”

“modern well appointed room with a heated toilet seat. breakfast had an excellent selection of tasty food. the staff communicated promptly and clearly about getting the shuttle to the facility even though it was late at night. very pleasant and convenient stay. I'll be back!”

“我住的是十樓，不但所有門關門聲比較大，而且風聲也大！check in時有WiFi卻沒有告訴客人密碼，要客人打電話去問！早上有听到敲打聲，不知發生什麼事？影響到我休息了！清潔度算乾淨，只有廁所門上有污点沒有弄乾淨！我覺得床与床之間的櫃檯上，洗手盆邊應該放一盒紙巾！”
