“Neglected property. No hot water in shower, due to scaling build-up. Deck visibly not safe, with decayed wood and loose banisters, two stories up! I imagined a single parent with child being horrified. Tripping hazard via corners of area carpets used to hide stains on wall to wall carpeting. Advertised Wi-Fi, instead had an unsecured Starlink connection, with no password. Deck was not private.Vrbo assisted me and I was moved to a safe clean place with a maintained and functioning hot shower.”

“Unit could use some serious cleaning of front deck and rear deck. Could not sit and enjoy rear deck, because the furniture was very dirty. Lots of spider webs. Windows that had blinds would not open others had no blinds to close at night. Tv in Primary bedroom did not work. Not installed. Nice unit , just needs some cleaning on the outside so that people can enjoy the outdoor decks after a long day. ”
