“When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus”

“The hall carpet was torn and terribly stained. The room flooring was stained as well. We couldn't get past the stains to say whether or not the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the property looked unsafe, poorly maintained, and more like a drug or prostitution motel than a legitimate hotel. The office was closed, and guests had to check in through a tiny exterior window with no safe indoor lobby area. It did not feel family friendly as advertised. I was initially given the wrong room, although the front desk clerk was kind and helpful in correcting it. Unfortunately, the replacement...
