“This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.”

“Big room, clean and tidy Dinner is quite good, not much choice for breakfast, but it’s fine Very nice staffs Onsen facilities are nice with reasonable size The most valuable - they offer sake at lobby for whole day. And free draft beer at dinner. FYI, there are few stairs at lobby.”

“All in one hotel. Free car parking, buffet dinner and breakfast was great, beautiful views of Lake Toya, onsite onsen, friendly staff. Room was clean. Would recommend and also return.”
