“A quiet hotel with a nice onsen on the balcony overlooking the river. Simple alkaline waters, not too hot, elaborate dinners and breakfast with nice sea and river fish dishes, good wifi. Comfortable rooms in a modern building. ”

“We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. Arigatogozaimasu!”

“部屋及び建屋入り口の暗証番号を入力するシステムになっていて、施設側のスタッフとは顔を合わせないシステムになっています。しかしセキュリティも配慮されているし、バスタブはありませんが清潔なシャワーも使えます。またインスタントコーヒーやティーバッグのお茶、キャンディなどが自由にとれて、ちょっとした落ち着きにも繋がります。部屋には清潔なベッドがあり、とても印象が良かったです。気楽に使えるので、また新宮宿泊の時はリピートしたいと思いました。”

“評判通り温泉はお湯が熱目で、トロトロで最高に良かったです。 食事も夜も朝もとても美味しかったです。 お部屋も清潔で眺めもよくのんびり快適に過ごせました。 自然の中なので仕方がないし、虫除け対策もされているとは思いますが… 露天風呂、脱衣所には特に蚊が多くて何ヵ所も刺されてしまいました… この季節に行く場合は自分でも薬持っていったりと対策した方が良いと思います。 十津川温泉、初めて伺いましたが、時間がゆっくり流れていて、とても癒されました。 道が良くなったらまた行きます。 ”

“We had a very good night Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya. They share hot springs and the restaurant with a nearby hotel. Hot springs are the absolute standout: fantastic! Food is good and plentiful. Our room had a brilliant view. All the rest is okay, although the exterior of the building is not nice.”
