Buona la posizione dell'hotel, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Tasso, dispone di garage privato che è ottimo se si arriva in auto. Le camere lontane dalla strada principale sono davvero tranquille e silenziose. Meno la piscina che non è piacevolissima per via del traffico che passa di lì a pochi metri. Lo spazio per i lettini è un po' risicato, buono se ci si vuole passare giusto un'oretta, meno se si vuole spendere più tempo a rilassarsi lì. Il personale è stato molto cortese. La struttura è molto pulita. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli anche se avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernata specialmente per quanto riguarda il bagno. La colazione non è eccezionale, buona per le abitudini italiane ma credo poco sufficiente per uno straniero. Infine il prezzo, a mio avviso un po' caro anche se Sorrento in generale è davvero cara.

Struttura valida con servizio migliorabile
Struttura molto vicina al centro, con arredamento classico. Stanza molto pulita con spazi adeguati. Piscina piccola ma ben curata. Colazione a buffet soddisfacente. Parcheggio a pagamento fatiscente e senza personale. Accoglienza molto scarsa: ad esempio nessuno ci ha accompagnato alla stanza, dato una mano con i bagagli o chiesto come fosse stato il nostro soggiorno.

Un incubo
Camera deludente a parte il letto comodo. Bagno piccolo e con bidet non funzionante è scarico funzionante dopo vari tentativi. Doccia da hotel di infima categoria. Il prezzo pagato non ripaga il confort avuto. Non lo consiglio. Premetto che noi avevamo una camera standard bloccata su expedia quindi non conosco il confort delle superiori e deluxe. Non ci tornerò mai più.

For a comfortable and quite stay
I spent a couple of days at the Zi Teresa hotel. It is located sligthly apart from the city center, shich however is reachable in 10 min by foot. The place is very quite and safe. I did not enjoy the swimming pool, being open only from 10AM till 18PM, but I recommend the terrace, especially at sunset. The room was quite small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the service excelent

Buona posizione vicinissimo al centro, ma in zona molto tranquilla, lì i rumori della vita notturna non arrivano. Camere confortevoli, pulite, e ben climatizzate. Siamo stati ospiti dal 18/08/2010 al 21/08/2010 e non ci è mai mancato un sorriso. La colazione non sarà all' altezza di quello che si aspettano gli stranieri ma quando vado all' estero io non trovo mai quello che piace a me, mi adeguo alle usanze del luogo, senza criticare. Per me è stata un ' esperienza soddisfacente.

A pesar de que el precio es razonable y estar cerca del centro, la propiedad no es de cuatro estrellas. Los hoteles de los alrededores de cuatro estrellas son mucho mejores. En general las instalaciones por su calidad , antigüedad y deterioro, no califica para cuatro estrellas, lo que lleva a error a los clientes de Expedía.

Wonderful location! Easy walk to many locations, easy to get to bus station, train station and even the port for the ferry. Suggest using an Uber/Taxi when arriving by ferry as there can be a lot of steps to carry your luggage up. Staff was warm and responsive. There were 4 women sharing 1 room, enough space and beautiful views of the sea. Also, a magnificent restaurant across from ZiTeresa’s front gate!

Water either too hot, or just a trickle of cold. Bed’s extremely hard, even for someone who like firm Mattress. Not even sure there was a mattress. Staff and breakfast were very nice!! Rooftop bar and view exceptional. 10 min walk to train, 15 to town and pier. Good budget option for travelers.

Good location & staff generally cooperative (we got to know the maintenance man quite well, and he was wonderful). Sadly, the building is tired & wearing out; the air conditioner would stop for no reason, the metal winder shutter locked down on day 1, & numerous other small things didn't work properly. The buffet breakfast was ordinary.

I would give the hotel a 4.5 if I could. The room was clean and quiet and everything worked. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was good. The negatives were the beds which we found to be too firm and the breakfast which to us was pretty average.

Such a helpful lady on reception. I’d had my purse stolen in Rome, so there were complications, she was wonderful. Pool small, but that’s no problem for us, the coolness was what was required. A hugely popular restaurant is opposite

Loved the location and the building. Loved the roof top bar area. We were disappointed that pool was not accessible as closed at 6pm. Had to pay €3 for pool towel. Also, quad room had 1 good 'king' bed and 2 terrible beds, likely meant for very small children. Had a 'key' safe so did not feel secure. Broken shower head. Great staff, helpful,friendly. I would return!

Finding hotel made easier by large sign on main road. Well located. Pool area cramped plus charge for towels. Car park charge €30 per night is extortionate and had to leave car key with reception. Changed bathroom towels every day. Breakfast OK.

The property was kept really well. The building itself was old. There was a smell of mold in our room, I’m sure due to its age. I couldn’t get the safe to work to store my passport and valuables. Other than that it was quite charming.

The breakfast, pool and rooftop patio are all very nice aspects of this property. It was clean and very convenient to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It was perfect for our family of four during our 4 night stay.
