“The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. “Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. “Das Hotel ist neu. Aussen noch nicht so gut angeschrieben. Aber mit der Adresse findet man es gut. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene im Zimmer. Da aus dem Sofa ein Bett gemacht wurde, hatten wir nur noch eine Sitzgelegenheit. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl wäre gut gewesen. Hätten wir aber sicher bekommen, wenn wir danach gefragt hätten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.”

“Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen.
