Hotel vicino a South Cape Beach State Park - Mashpee

“Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back.”

“Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry.”

“Tipico Motel americano, pulito ma molto datato, specialmente i bagni che andrebbero rimodernati. Lavandino con ruggine. Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione molto buona, nel centro di falmouth.”

“Due giorni di sosta a Falmouth per poter visitare in giornata Martha's Vineyard. comodo lo shuttle a poca distanza a piedi dal Motel, carino il centro del paese, diversi ristoranti aperti anche fuori stagione. posizione ideale.”

“We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

“We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“Its a weird place, I was the only person there that I know of. Staffing was very limited. This was all fine for a single male, in discussing with my wife who did not come, she stated that she likely would not have stayed. If sparse staff was communicated in the listing, I missed it, that could be just me. Otherwise, it was all good, clean, convenient, everything functional.”

“Our stay at the Pequot Hotel last weekend was exceptional. The front desk team is truly amazing—warm, professional, and very friendly, which set a great tone for our visit. ​The hotel has a wonderful, nostalgic feel to it; it’s like staying in your own room at your grandmother’s house.
