When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. “Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door.
