“The staff here, in my experience, were very cold and inhospitable. I never requested stayover service, but when I repeatedly asked the front desk for clean sheets, I was ghosted day after day. Eventually, I found a housekeeper myself and ended up vacuuming and cleaning my own room because the front desk staff genuinely treated guests like an inconvenience. It wasn’t just me either — I watched one employee interact with nearly everyone that way. Parking at 3 Peaks is also a nightmare. There...

“It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers.”
