    The Space:

    Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the spacious deck and patio, where you can grill on the gas barbecue or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Surrounded by towering pines, the home provides a private and tranquil escape in every season.



    Inside, the open living area features large windows that bring the outdoors in, creating a warm and inviting space for gathering with family and friends. The game room includes a pool table and board games for all ages, while high-speed internet and a DVD library make movie nights easy and enjoyable.



    The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features modern appliances, including two ovens, making meal preparation simple for groups. Ample dining space and comfortable sleeping arrangements with king, queen, and twin beds ensure everyone has room to relax.



    Located just steps from Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort, this home offers convenient access to skiing and snowboarding in winter, while summer brings hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and paddleboarding opportunities nearby. The shores of Lake Tahoe are less than a mile away, and the restaurants, nightlife, and casinos of Stateline are just a short 3–5 mile drive.



    Mountain biking and hiking trails begin right on Saddle Road and connect to the Tahoe Rim Trail. Downtown South Lake Tahoe offers a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, and a grocery store is located just two miles away for added convenience.



    City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:

    a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is  6 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.

    b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.

    c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.

    d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.

    e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.

    f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.

    g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.

    h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

Cozy and Easy Access to Heavenly lifts

Our family of four settled in nicely this to well-equipped home. The view was outstanding and the accommodations were comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is wonderful: close to the slopes, amazing lake view from a wall of windows on the main floor. We cooked, played pool, and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Perfect size and space for six adults. I highly recommend this lovely South Lake Tahoe home.

Beautiful home!

We planned a last minute trip to Lake Tahoe and I'm glad that we were able to stay in this beautiful home! The home is exactly what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool table & many board games as well as outdoor activities. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a vacation home in Lake Tahoe. Beautiful view from your windows!

Will definitely stay again!

This property was everything we were looking for. Large enough for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 4-11). The house was incredibly clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was fully-stocked (they even have a bread maker and 2 ovens!). The multiple TVs, board games, puzzles, DVDs, and pool table kept us all entertained for hours. The location and proximity to Heavenly cannot be beat.

Family Fun Getaway

“This was a great house for our family.” house we rented was super cute and so incredibly well decorated and maintained! Beautiful house with an amazing lake view and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is really nice to cook in and is equipped with everything you need. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool table.We would defiantly stay here again. We look forward to your return!! Wonderful, relaxing home

This was the perfect getaway for my family and I during COVID. The teenagers were able to attend virtual classes, as the wi-fi worked great, while my husband and I were able to take a break from work. Soaked in the hottub and played poole every night we were here. It was also so convenient that there was a full kitchen- no need to go to pick up anything extra. Sad to leave.

Nice getaway!

Loved the view! Few minor problems with the home but very comfortable and management did try to help with cable/ TV upstairs. When in doubt, turn everything off and reboot. It works! Nice kitchen but fridge froze everything. Very relaxing time!

Great Lake Tahoe Home

Well furnished and decorated. Good kitchen. Fun playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Comfortable beds. If you are staying in summer remember there is no AC but it was Ok with windows opened. Tight entrance on driveway if you have a long vehicle- - we were ok with midsize SUV but long truck or SUV may have problems getting through to drive up to top or trying to turn around to get down. Master shower had reduced flow sprayer that didn’t work so well and no hairdryer.

Our Stay at Lake Tahoe

House was in a beautiful setting. Really only complaint was that there was no air conditioning and, although fans were available, it remained stifling, in the afternoon hours. Is there any way you can alleviate this heat possibility with air conditioning/ a swamp cooler. Otherwise, our stay at the house was wonderful. Other comments about our stay: After we called on the first day, your local rep, I think his name was Ryan,was simply outstanding. He responded to our request for the heat in the house by providing 3 additional fans almost immediately after we called about the heat. He also was willing to help us if we ever needed other assistance. You don’t want to lose Ryan. He was great!!! Other things we noticed about the house that needs attention were: Ice maker did not work for a couple days and we had to buy ice. Then it was ok for the remainder. Suggest you look at it to see if any repairs are needed. The bannister at the bottom of the steps is loose and needs repair. No big deal but if you touch for support when initially going up the stairs one could lose their balance easily. A smoke detector went off one morning around 5 am. My son in law checked all of the detectors and no action was required. Don’t know what set the detector off. There was no smoke noticed in any area of the house. All in all, a great house to stay in and a beautiful location. Lack of Air Conditioning was a big problem in the morbid heat.
