“Toilet was very iffy. I tried to call the hotel after we got home and could never get through to a human. I was charged for fees and never emailed a receipt. Please give me the number to the hotel (reaching a human who works there, please) so I can ask about my CC and my charges. Thank you! Staff was friendly and helpful in person; just wish I could speak to one of them now. ”

“Loved the hotel! Parking in the area was horrible and the valet was 70 a night and I was told to just call for my car and it would be there in 10 minutes when I needed. I had an early flight and called for my car 20 minutes early to be sure and go to get it and there was no valet in sight and had to go to the desk and they had to call people so I ended up rushing for my flight so that was not great”

“Service was mediocre. Check in is at 4pm however my room was not ready till 5pm. I was placed in a room that I didn’t book. The bathroom smelled like sewer! Also parts of the parking garage and walking to the elevators smelled like sewer. Some of the lights didn’t work in my room. The valet was okay. You can find a better hotel for the pricing.”

“I got a studio that was nice and clean. Bedroom, bath, living room, kitchenette. Coffee maker, complimentary water. Across from Union Station, very convenient. It has washer and drier (no detergente) which was convenient.”

“Struttura a pochi passi dal centro; comoda e pulita. Bisogna chiedere di fare le pulizie in camera un giorno prima, se si ha necessità. Colazione buona, letto abbastanza comodo, frigorifero un po’ rumoroso.”
