“Horrible does not match the website ”

“We were the only guests there in this boutique hotel. Amina (the manager) was wonderful and she was the only person working there. It was being a guest in someone’s home, literally Beautiful rooms and property with everything you could want and all the luxuries you would hope for Not a great location as the closest beach is at least 10+ minutes”

Visto che la vacanza era stata prenotata con ampio anticipo, ci saremmo aspettati di essere informati per tempo circa questo problema e ci saremmo aspettati soluzioni gratuite da parte della Direzione della struttura.
