“Comfortable, big room”

“The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice.”

“If you have a bad back and suffer from back pain, the beds are hard, and I would not recommend staying there. However, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, there was free parking, it was completely safe, and it was very quiet. We had a problem with the AC unit, and the staff came promptly to the room and fixed the issue. All in all, I recommend this hotel, but not for people with chronic back pain.”

“Zarina was extremely helpful. She helped fix my tv when it wasn’t on the right input. She also helped me find my headphones that got lost in the sheets. She’s a blessing from God. Thank you for hiring her. She made my stay perfect and I would return because her customer service was excellent.”

“For the price I would have preferred to stay in a motel. The staff were kind but I did have some problems with the actual property: I found a chicken bone in my room, the shower water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled like smoke. All the furniture and facilities are very worn and not like shown in the pictures.”

“The staff were wonderful from the desk personnel to the housekeeper who did a great job of cleaning the room. Breakfast food selection was just so so. The hotel was an excellent and the driver explained the route schedule”

“While the staff was exceptional during my whole stay I had no WiFi . The business center didn’t have printers that worked or were filled with paper . The AC unit was extremely noisy . The telephone in the room had to be replaced . The TV and other amenities in the room were very outdated . Overall I was disappointed. In a positive note the staff was wonderful and the coffee in the morning great until it hit to the bottom then it was nothing but coffee grinds . The breakfast was extrinsic and...
