“Didn’t expect much with Continental breakfast but I thought at least coffee would be hot. Got a cup and it was warm. Thought maybe it had been on counter for awhile. Next guy came up and finished pot. They went to another room and about 15 minutes later brought out new pot. I went up and got a cup and it was just warm.”

“I have stayed here several times when I had business in the area. It is always convenient and comfortable. The staff is excellent! This will continue to be my home away from home when I am in Concord.”

“Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

“First off, I want to say the staff was very helpful and cooperative. I have nothing negative to say about the them. The property, however, is in SERIOUS need of a remodel. It is a very dated. There were rips in the curtains, cracks in the wall and a huge patch job on the ceiling. The couch in the room looked dirty enough for us to ask for another sheet to cover it before we sat on it. The towels were thin, the toilet needed 2 flushes to work. The Hiltons need to live up to their name. I would...

“I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean when I went out and was gone all day and for the cleaning person to lie and say I put the disturbing sign on the door was horrible and a lie the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the curtains had holes in them walls had been scratched up it was a mess and my daughter who is disabled didn’t even have a clean towel to use or enough towel for the both of use one towel one rag it was the worst ever and I would like a full refund”

“Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. ”

“The front garbage can at entrance was overflowing. I know this is due to people being too lazy to walk right inside but it did need to be addressed.”

“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”
