“I booked this hotel based on its high reviews, but I was honestly very disappointed. We stopped in San Francisco for a night on our way back from Washington, and the check-in experience was terrible! the guest service representative was incredibly unprofessional and rude, acting bothered by my questions and refusing to even make eye contact. The room itself was dirty; there were spilled drinks on the carpet next to the bed, hair in the shower, and the pillows were tiny, kid-sized cushions rather...

“La struttura è mal servita dai mezzi. Puoi scegliere fra Uber, Uber o anche Uber. Nessuna navetta da e per l’aeroporto. Nessun ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione a pagamento (caro) e minimal per il prezzo. Pulizie solo a giorni alterni. Per avere pagato più di 300€ a notte troppo poco: rapporto qualità/prezzo basso.”
