“We had a lovely stay at Trenython Manor. The Hotel and grounds were great for our family stay.
We were emailed prior to our stay and advised to book in a time slot for swimming, as all swimming and gym sessions must be pre-booked.
The hotel is grand and traditional.
All staff we came across were friendly and helpful.
We had a family room in the hotel, which was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and it was a lovely touch being left sweets and a colouring book.
Our bed was huge...

“We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay.
Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal.

“Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats.
Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for .
Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate.
We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace.
We had a very pleasant stay. ”

“This was our second year here, due to the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the quality of the food and the location. You can do as much or as little as you like using this as a base. We just love the ambience of the whole area. We did trips by car, train, boat, bus as well as feet. Would visit again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too.”

“What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! ”

“We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the area. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the crockery, cutlery, etc.you could wish for. The shower was powerful and easy to use.
