“We checked in around 2am and the staff was there welcoming us, checking in was very smooth, she also helped retrieving out my long lost Hilton royal membership number! Room was clean and dry, bedding was comfortable and I had a great sleep. Breakfast was nice and I liked the hot oatmeal most!”

“There was long hairs stuck to the shower wall and the corner of the floor near the drain; Gross! Also the couch had what looked like a dog excrement stain on it.”

“Always pop into queens court for the Clean rooms and pool. One of our favorite because we walk to the village and love the pool.”

“Honestly, I won’t stay again. We had maintenance issues that were not fixed. Were woken up at 8am from housekeeping wanting to clean the room we were in for 14 hours. When they did clean the room we were not given toilet paper and when asked to have some brought up the man at the desk said, “the desk is busy right and I don’t know if housekeeping is here” then hung up. And that was after the second time requesting toilet paper. I asked for a 12pm checkout and was told it was fine but I would...

“Large stains on the carpet in room, also dry wall in the shower was leaking from the ceiling from an old exhaust fan. Property overall is nice.”

“Our second time here and it’s a gem. The staff is wonderful, grounds and property are gorgeous. Comfy beds and a beautiful pool. Easy drive to the beach and plenty of things are walkable.”

“Room and property clean, however one of the bedside lights was not working. When I reported it to the manager, they just made a note so I wouldn't get charged for damages, but made no effort to fix. Also one elevator out of service, which meant a wait with luggage for an elevator when checking out. Was not ideal.”
