“I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there”

“We walked in the door is extremely hot and humid. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere and fan so I’m assuming that air conditioner didn’t work. Took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk only for them to be extremely rude and talk to me like I was stupid because I didn’t click 147 times to find out there’s a $200 deposit. When I spoke to him, I decided to cancel because of how unprofessional he was, and he began to talk to me like I was a child and even more rude than originally. I’m...

“the place is in need of repair. carpet is worn out the furniture in room would be better placed in dumpster. the pool was less than clean. staff was very nice and accommodating. location was great within walking distance of several food locations. quiet room for the most part. overall has potential but not quite worth the price point. overall not bad but dont expect the location to match the online pictures”

“While we were there the tornado sirens went off and the night clerk seems scattered on where to direct people. Our room had a hole behind the door from the handle (not a big deal) and in the bathroom a small piece of the baseboard was just leaned against the wall unattached (again not a biggie). The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfy. The shower had great water pressure compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. ”
