“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend”

“Beautiful, clean room. The only complaint I have is that the "auto-on" light in the bathroom that turns on when you walk into the bathroom. At night I do not need the light coming on and really waking me up. The staff tried to deactivate it, but it did not work. Otherwise our stay was very nice.”
