“Breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs cooked to perfection not rubbery, hash browns crispy, bacon not over cooked, bake beans, mushrooms tasty. All this plus continental breakfast and juice, coffee and tea. Staff really friendly and customer focused. Our plane couldn't land in Invercargill so we returned to Auckland and could rebook another flight until two days later. “Camera non molto pulita e da rinnovare nell'arredamento e come infissi; rumorosa a causa delle molle sulle porte che quindi sbattono. Abbiamo trovato la finestra aperta, a circa 2,70m di altezza, siamo dovuti salire sulla scrivania per chiuderla (a maggio non è il caso di dormire con le finestre aperte!!) e la vista fuori dalla finestra è un muro.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. All furnishings were in excellent condition. The staff were very accomodating and even made sure they had turned on the heater before I arrived to make sure the room was warm as the afternoon got cooler. ”
