“The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!”

“The manager and the girl who checked us in they’re very polite and nice, the next day was a girl she had like a pink hair. I asked her for a hand soap and she said it’s not mandatory to have a hand soap in the bathrooms. 🤔🤔 and not only that the shower curtains had mold. They never been changed , and I feel even the sheets were never changed and good thing. “Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff.”

“Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn....

“I love Hotel Indigo! This was the third Hotel Indigo property I’ve stayed at and they are always lovely. The room was very spacious and the bay view was the best part! The breakfast was amazing per usual. The pool was also really nice and relaxing. This location is perfect. Not directly in the mix of everything, but close enough and directly on the marina!”

“The website “ implied “a balcony with gulf view. In fact all the room entrances were on open air hallways on the gulf side so we had a gulf view with everyone walking by having a view into our room if we left the curtains open! No private balcony. The elevators were filthy.”

“We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min...

“Rooms clean, but the air conditioning did not work efficiently. Our room remained hot with lower settings. Hallway to room carpet had stains and a bad smell. Breakfast wasn’t much, we went to waffle house instead. Parking for beach access is about a mile away give or take, but very small and full each time we went. Pool and patio area is clean. Staff is very friendly.”
