“Greeted by valet. Checked in. Grabbed a few albums in lobby for the record player in room, which my son loved. Two queen beds were comfortable. Room size was great. Clean. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. Many options to choose from and help from staff was a first and welcomed. Had tickets for Red Sox and enjoyed being next door to Fenway, very convenient. Would recommend and stay here again. ”

“We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. “Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio a Boston e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è perfetta, proprio su Newbury Street, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e molto moderna: ho apprezzato tantissimo la domotica, che permette di controllare tutta la camera tramite un iPad mini fornito dall’hotel – un tocco tecnologico davvero comodo!

“The hotel was fine, well kept, very clean, super staff. Infortunately the location outside it and the roundabouts are really unsafe, peopled by not recommended persons not only in the night. The hotel is located on a very busy street, the traffic is always heavy both in the day and in the night. Very hard to sleep quietly. ”

“It’s a big shame to recommend such a horrible location
Ugly entrance, the smart enter keys having problems, very narrow and abruptly stairs , cracked walls, rusted heaters. Almost unusable toilet room, without towels, without paper towel, without toilet paper , no soap
The room has only beds ( with descurajant linen), no table, no chairs, no shelves. Both nights I heard continuously music from neighbors, the owner did not answer to my messages.
