“Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.”

“Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?”

“This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. “Honestly, it was not a terrible experience but the room was not clean. It's located in a convenient area and fairly quiet considering it is so close to the airport. “The rooms were nice and updated, however as we were sitting eating dinner Friday night after check in we seen a few roaches. The property is smoke free but at night we noticed the smell of marijauana (our party does not smoke) coming from the room beside us. Pool area was clean water was perfect for our son he enjoyed it.
